JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), a global leader in commercial real estate services, was on a mission: equip its French teams to navigate the rise of AI. Facing a fast-evolving market — remote work, shifting client expectations, and intensifying competition — JLL's leadership wanted its people to be drivers of the AI revolution, not passengers. 

The challenge was twofold, upskilling a highly diverse workforce (directors, managers, commercial brokers, engineers, and project managers) with varying levels of digital maturity, while ensuring the training translated into immediate, tangible impact on the job. JLL partnered with us to design and deliver a tailored AI training program, rooted in the day-to-day realities of its teams.

Solution

PALO IT Academy worked hand-in-hand with JLL to build an AI training program grounded in real business needs:

  • Hands-on by design: Rather than focusing on theory, every session was built around practice. Participants left each module with 2 to 3 concrete use cases ready to apply the next day — from drafting prospecting emails and automating meeting notes, to preparing client pitches and researching market intelligence faster.

  • Hyper-contextualised content: Our coaches immersed themselves in JLL's business context — internal tools like JLL GPT, investor and tenant pain points, the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction — to make every exercise feel relevant and immediately actionable for participants.

  • Live coaching with real-time feedback: In-person sessions prioritized hands-on experimentation and open exchanges, creating a safe space for participants to try, fail, and grow together — while building a powerful, collective energy across teams.

  • Data-driven tracking: Throughout the program, we monitored participation, preparation, satisfaction, and coach ratings for each participant, giving JLL's leadership a granular view of individual engagement and potential.

Outcomes

  • 105 employees trained across multiple cohorts spanning Work Dynamics, Markets/Leasing, Capital Markets, and Engineering — covering all seniority levels.

  • A 9.5/10 satisfaction score on trainer delivery and coaching quality.

  • 100% of participants identified concrete use cases to boost their efficiency at work.

  • 96% report applying what they learned in their daily work.

  • 81% changed their work habits and introduced new tools or methods as a result of the programme.

  • 96% said the program strengthened their sense of belonging and desire to grow within JLL — a powerful employer brand impact, well beyond the initial upskilling objective.
