At PALO IT, my purpose—and our purpose as a team—is to craft tech as a force for good: creating high-performing businesses while embedding responsible impact into how technology is designed and delivered. This purpose is business-critical, shaping how we engage with aligned companies, differentiate our strategy, and drive long-term value.

Since our first B Corp–certified office in 2019, we have used the B Corp governance framework to enhance the employee experience, strengthen internal governance across our 10 offices, and embed principles of accountability, transparency, and sustainability into how we operate globally. B Corp recertification remains active across several offices, and we continue to support these journeys.

Our B Corp journey
Our journey as a purpose-driven company began with an appreciative inquiry across our teams, sparked by a simple question: how can the work we do serve the common good?
Since then, we have turned that question into action—pioneering B Corp certification in key markets and embedding its principles into how we design, build, and deliver technology. Today, we are certified in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Mexico and continue to strengthen these practices across our global footprint.
Guided by the B Corp framework, we have translated our commitments into clear KPIs, governance and delivery practices. This includes delivering over 185 impact-driven projects, training our workforce on impact-aware delivery, and implementing GHG measurement in local offices.
Today, we continue to explore ways to embed responsible AI principles into our AI-first methodology, ensuring that performance, quality and responsible impact are addressed together.
The journey is ongoing—each recertification cycle raises the bar and challenges us to continuously evolve how we operate, deliver, and create value for our clients and society.
