### Challenge

The PALO IT team partnered with Neurum Health to run intensive user research to better understand *why *and* how* people were using their platform and well-being applications as a whole.

Relying on** intensive market research** and **competitive analysis**, the team uncovered: better preferences and flows for consuming content, ensuring onboarding was both guided and as seamless as possible—allowing for more time spent on wellness, and less time spent on app processes.
