We are looking for an Agile Coach who will be responsible for driving the changes in support of the adoption of Agile methodology across an office. You will orchestrate and lead a multi-year Agile cultural transformation agenda. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to implement change in support of the Agile portfolio.

– Define and manage the Agile transformation program and champion the sustainability of best practices for Agile.

– Embed Agile methodology and principles in the enterprise, reflected in mindset and culture changes.

– Responsible for the direct oversight and coordination of the multiyear Agile transformation portfolio.

– Define scope, timelines, value proposition for delivery planning of projects and entire Agile transformation program.

– Develop strong, effective working relationships with business line and key stakeholders to effectively execute projects and embed Agile sustainability practices.

– Identify training and other change initiatives to prepare overall organisation for the adoption of Agile methodology.

– Identify changes needed in central support teams and control functions to support the efficient execution of Agile projects. Work with Agile projects and central/control teams to implement change.

– Promote and ensure that individuals/teams are fully engaged in the Agile lifecycle moving from a waterfall agile (‘wagile’) to an interactive development mindset.

– Define key metrics and develop an approach for capturing the benefits of the Agile approach.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Having graduated from an Engineering School, you have at least 3 years demonstrated experience in the role of Software Engineer. You are passionate about new technologies and digital innovation. You have already worked in an Agile environment, understand Scrum methodologies, and can communicate well. You are an independent thinker with strong opinions, loosely held. Most importantly, you are someone who loves CODE!

Within projects, you will initiate development, carry out scoping estimations, implement architecture designs and write architecture documents. You will assist our customers in adopting best practices in new architecture patterns. You will carry out code, performance, and security reviews and make proposals for improvement appropriate to the client's business context. Some important attributes:

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

• Ensuring high performance, low latency application design.

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum Methodologies and will be part of daily stand-ups, backlog management, demos, retros, etc.

•  Proven experience providing end-to-end development that includes testing, maintenance, and support.

YOUR PROFILE:

•  You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in front-end development (Javascript/AngularJS/ReactJS/VueJS etc) and back-end development (NodeJS/Java/GoLang/.NET/Python/Spring/SpringBoot etc). Experience in hybrid and native mobile development (Swift/Java/Kotlin/React Native etc) is a bonus.

•  You have strong experience with dB design and application - both relational and NoSQL

•  You have strong experience in API development, using REST, GraphQL or SOAP.

•  You have deep experience with the developer tool chain, in particular npm, SCSS/SASS, Webpack, Web Assembly, Bash, Ant and the Command line.

•  You are interested in designing scalable, reliable and secure software using a combination of different languages, frameworks, libraries and technical environments.

•  You like to work in all phases of a rapid product development lifecycle. You have good experience in Agile practices and Scrum in particular with exposure to Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, TDD, BDD, or XP.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to join our innovative, fun, and dynamic team. You’ll work alongside our DevOps team to maintain and support on-premises cloud infrastructure. • Install, maintain, and support on-premises and off-premises cloud stack.

The Data Engineer will work on acquiring, storing, governing and processing huge sets of structured / unstructured data. You will bring a vision of the big data solutions landscape for choosing optimal architecture components to use for these purposes as well as a set of data engineering skills for implementing enterprise data foundations such as data lake. Finally, you will work closely with other PALO IT experts in Data Intelligence, Research, UX Design, Digital Technology and Agile teams to enable intelligence in the digital mesh of our clients and deliver big impact to them.

• Identify and implement big data frameworks/components that best fit required capabilities
• Gather and process data at scale, tackling challenges coming from unstructured data, real-time processing, data quality, etc
• Enable data management capabilities to govern enterprise data/metadata and provide easy and secured access to them
