Outcomes

This collaboration with PALO IT was focused on designing a Metaverse which addresses three primary user experiences:

- Enabling healthcare professionals to conduct consultations

- Facilitating remote patient access to healthcare services

- Empowering sales representatives to manage inventory, present new products, and access sales data.

The Metaverse offers an outpatient clinic experience allowing diverse services, including real-time virtual consultations and diagnoses, eliminating long queues and extensive travel for initial prognoses. The platform also explores integrating online pharmacy services and telemedicine for a seamless end-to-end experience.
