Challenge

The goal of PALO IT was to support this technical center in the IT aspect, particularly by integrating the platform into the existing system, which includes

      • an injection molding cell
      • a quality control cell
The support focused on the development of an interface for reconfiguring the production cell and a set of features to track and trace production and quality control information for each piece produced.

    Results

Enhanced production monitoring and quality control through the implementation of metrics and the selection of technologies allowing for easy handling and improved maintainability :

      • Functional demonstrator for configuring and monitoring production.
      • Prioritization of high added-value features.
      • Improved maintainability on the client side.
      • Data collection for each piece produced.
      • Comprehensive documentation enabling the handling of the entire development process.
