MyNTUC is now a single doorway for Union Members to access NTUC’s full suite of services and offerings covering protection, training, cost of living, financial adequacy and family and health.
The new app is designed to provide both a comprehensive and personalised experience through a single log in.

Singapore, 26 July 2022 – NTUC, Singapore's confederation of trade unions, launched MyNTUC, an app dedicated to help Singapore workers improve their workplace, financial and social well- being through benefits offered in the app. PALO IT was tasked to design and build the new app experience.
The launch marks a key digital transformation milestone for NTUC in delivering a complete and seamless experience for members accessing the full extent of NTUC's services and benefits.
MyNTUC now provides a single doorway for union members to access the world of NTUC’s services and offering.
"We worked closely with NTUC's digital team to map out how users would navigate across the 5 key member benefits - protection, training, cost of living, financial adequacy and family and health. The journey maps inform the UI, UX and system architecture redesign process as we worked towards the goal of providing each member a personalised experience with one single log in," said Amanda Chia, Project lead at PALO IT Singapore.
“NTUC’s first app was launched in 2016. In rebuilding the app, the team wanted to provide a one-stop seamless access to all parts of the NTUC family – from the better-known union protection and FairPrice benefits, to others including hardship grants and interest-based activities benefits. We are aware that the journey is never complete, and continuously challenge ourselves to improve the app every day. We’re really happy that we’ve hit the same number of monthly active users as the previous app within 3 months’ of launch" said Steve Tan, Director, MSD.
