Each month, Palo IT offers its consultants to come together around a workshop or an introduction / training of a preset. The idea of ​​these hours spent together is to share the everyone’s experience and knowledge to enrich themselves collectively in a friendly way.

Palo IT encourages all its employees for performing business intelligence and technology watch by in releasing dedicated periods of time:

  • To perform analysis, business cases, white papers;
  • Attend and speak at conferences in France and abroad (JavaOne, Devoxx, Agile Conference, Cloud Expo, etc.)...

Thanks to these initiatives, the consultants are placed as actors, share and enhance their expertise and convey a shared vision.
